Speaking on behalf of the committee of the International Meeting of Servas in The Netherlands, I am glad to announce that the Meeting (from 1-6 June, 2012) is fully booked!

If you want to join the Meeting, please send us the registration-form. We will put your name on the waiting list and let you know.

So, please do NOT transfer money!

People who already sent their registration-form are requested to pay (at least the deposit) before December 15. Thank you!

Join us for a week in the Netherlands!

We offer you a program of various activities and lots of fun in the Servas-spirit, above as well as below sea-level. There will be contributions from participants, invited speakers and activities in large and small groups, some pre-planned, and others spontaneous. Be open and let yourself be surprised.

People from all continents and all ages are very welcome! Participants from at least 15 countries, in age from 3 to 70 years, will join the meeting !!

We will also give you a great insight into the Dutch countryside and crafts. We are traveling by bus and we will visit:

• the Zaanse Schans: a historic village on the banks of the river Zaan with characteristic green wooden houses, charming stylized gardens, small hump-backed bridges, tradesmen's workshops and old windmills (www.zaanseschans.nl);

• the world-known and biggest international trade centre for flowers and plants in Aalsmeer (www.floraholland.com);

• the typical Dutch polder-landscape and the forests around the village Lage Vuursche near Utrecht and

• Amsterdam with a broad selection of sightseeing choices led by Servas-members in small groups.

Accomodation Servas International Meeting 2012

Our accommodation is a bit more than one hour away from Schiphol International Airport at Lage Vuursche. The accommodation is owned by an organization of nature-friends (NIVON) and located in a beautifully forested surrounding with a peaceful atmosphere (www.nivon.nl).

Costs and formalities:

The registration fee is € 220 per person (€ 150 under 12 years), including meals, lodging and bus transport for excursions.

Registration will be final, once the form is received and a deposit of € 120 is made before December 15^th.

We expect the remainder ( € 100 per person and € 30 under 12 years) to be paid (cash) while checking in on June 1, 2012 or earlier through international money-transfer.
